Full Home Remodeling
A full home remodel updates most of the house in one project, usually the kitchen and several bathrooms along with the spaces around them. One team handles the design, the permits and the build, so every room is planned together and finished to the same standard.

When a full remodel makes sense
- The house no longer fits how you live, and updating one room at a time would not fix it.
- Things are failing: leaking showers, worn-out plumbing, or finishes that have reached the end of their life.
- You bought a house that needs work and want it done once, before you settle in.
- Earlier work by another contractor needs to be corrected. Many of our projects start by removing and redoing work that was not built right.
Timeline
Most full home remodels take three to six months from start of construction to completion. Planning and design come before that and depend on how quickly selections are made. Material availability sets the start date, which is why we finalize selections and order materials before demolition begins.
Budget
Budget is the first question nearly every customer asks. Online estimates for California projects are almost always low, so we give you a written proposal after a free on-site visit, built to include as much of the complete job as possible.
We price the full scope up front. A lower bid that grows once the walls are open does not end up being the lower price, and a realistic number at the start is what keeps a large project on track.

The homeowners met with us six or seven times before signing, which gave us time to settle every selection in advance. The project was scheduled for six months and finished in four and a half, within the agreed budget.
A year later the same homeowners hired us again to build an addition and an ADU on the property.
